AMONGST MANY ITEMS THAT BRIAN REDMAN HAS AVAILED US OF RECENTLY, WHICH ARE BEING SCATTERED OVER SEVERAL SECTIONS AS WE TYPE, IS THIS DISTRIBUTION MEMO BY M.S.EDE, WHICH ACCOMPANIED COPIES OF THE SALES SCHOOL PHOTO OF FEBRUARY 1990, WHICH OF COURSE WAS THE VERY LAST MAJOR SALES SCHOOL EVER HELD BY BLACKWOOD HODGE IN THE UK.
When these memos used to come around, if you were anything like us, they got binned sharpish if of little interest, but now you look at this one, and see all the names of our contemporaries, quite a few not with us anymore, and the list appears in a different light.
Little did we know that being last at the bar on that last night with some of these blokes really meant being the last at the bar on the last night, for all time in the same circumstances. Not sure many of us realised that then, if any, although we could think of a couple who were`nt there who might have !!
