For those people that havent heard of Gatewood Engineering….tough luck, because we dont want visit`s from tall men in grey suits, so we are not saying, but, suffice it to say, that several current BH personnel worked under that banner whilst they were hanging around Baghdad and other un-godly places in the same country, in the 1980`s & 90`s.
Two such people were Malcolm Syme & Roger Morris, and between them, have supplied three images of that time, with quite a few faces amongst the gathering that many of you will know.
1982, outside the bungalow that served as an office, we have Roger`s shot, with a few names added, but not all, so if you know ………

….from left Harvey Matthews, Leon Sofianos, Alan Smith, Gordon Wilson, then we lose it a bit, but also shown are Barry Moore, Roger Morris, Terry Bond, Bob Gibson, Partun, Debby is one of the secretarys, other unknown, Malcolm Syme, and lastly, Wales finest, Bob Jones, obviously slaking his thirst with Iraq`s best !!
Lastly, from 1993, again from Malcolm…the date is December 26th, a Boxing Day picnic, by the side of the river at Babylon….in no particular order, we have Leon Sofianos, Rohan Fernando, Partun, Tom Heads, and Malcolm again, plus others unknown.
