NOT very fair really to call the 33-19 Titan an Oddball, but as it was the only one ever built, it really does qualify.
This photo was sent to us some time ago, and shows the truck, as it is today, in the town of Sparwood, British Columbia. The town clubbed together and bought the Titan to save it from being scrapped, because it had originally worked in a huge mine not far from the town.
The truck was dismantled & taken to the town, re-assembled, and stands on the edge of the community, a proud possession of its inhabitants.
If you ever happen to go there, whatever you do, dont kick the tyres…..they are pumped full of concrete, as the people looking after it got fed up with re-inflating them all the time !!!
