It appears to be a Steetley demonstration somewhere in that region, with a good spattering of JBH sales staff and Steetley personnel….first the metal stuff…

In the more interesting shot….far left is Les Brind, 3rd left DLT (in flares), maybe Alan Matchett next to him (?), 6th left Trevor Snowball, then far right, the last two are Eddie Carlton (HML) and Pip Johnson.
Can anybody fill in any Steetley or more JBH faces present ??
The caption of this item comes from Pip`s well known life time ambition not to spend any of his own money, which he succeeded in quite well, and so that he didnt have to lash out too much expense money on customers entertaining on days like this, he would (allegedly) ask the waiters to split the bill six ways, or by however many there were JBH people present, and give them one each !!
We wish he was still around to be a tight so-and-so, he will be missed at the 2013 Reunion !!
