FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING, SOME OF THE REMNANTS OF HUNSBURY MACHINERY & BLACKWOOD HODGE HIRE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT "VISITORS" WERE UP FOR THE B.H. GOLF DAY, AND HAD A VERY DECENT EVENING OF CHAT, DRINKIES & NOSH AT THE TOBY INN AT ROUND SPINNEY.
Nothing really to celebrate other than their close BH history together, and that they were still "hanging onto the branch" as it was put so succintly recently to the writer !!
Those present, 23 in all, "visitors" first were Jimmy & Andrea Reeve and Ned & Julie Edwards, with George & Joyce French, Ken Kirkpatrick, Pete & Debbie Darby, Keith & Ann Brealey, Benny & Vera White, Bob & Kath Startin, Stewart Brown & Emanuela Pennetta, Nigel & Jayne Bailey, Les & Charlotte Massey, and finally, David & Sandie Lambourne, who kindly took most of the following fotos.
Nigel Bailey had raided the internet and supplied all with a voucher to further reduce the very well priced carvery meal by even more, much to the chagrin of the staff, but service was excellent, and the evening closed with promises to do it again in 2013 from all concerned.

And finally, we think (or rather hope) that this is Ned and Julie going back to the hotel after the evening……we hadnt noticed him doing a Benny Hill impression earlier on.
