We`ve had some humorous contributions over the years, but this subtle piece of BH history is up there with the best for extensive facts, especially the insight into the 33-15`s, and the specific story about the world`s solitary 33-19, models that us Poms had little experieince with, and of course plenty of humour, so we present to you, Col Gammidge……

A rare one indeed now, certainly the first image we have had of anyone on the deck of the one and only 33-19 at Kaiser Resources, Eagle Mountain……Col 1

……..a bit bigger than most UK holes in the ground, grab a couple of views of the Bougainville Copper Ltd mine in Papua New Guinea……Col 2

….."Chasing the Deal" Col calls this one……"Lear jet in Calgary en route to Wyoming with the boys from Leamington Mines. We lost out because they wanted Cummins and the 33-15B had no options at that stage. The pit fotos are at Decker Coal, where the "R170 is faster of the mark than the 33-1B"…….it wasn`t…..we measured it !!"Col 6

"Lastly, our favourite O&K, the RH75 at Las Vegas, also Champion, one of our other franchises which was called DRMCO in Australia because of another manufacturer.

Thats what I call a big motor grader, the Big Mudder. This was not in my portfolio."Col 7
