OUR MAN IN HOLLAND, AD GEVERS, HAS YET AGAIN COME UP TRUMPS WITH SOME RARE AND CLASSIC SHOTS OF EUC AND OTHER BH RELATED MACHINERY.
LETS HEAR FROM AD DIRECT OVER THE FIRST BATCH OF IMAGES…..
"Hello Editors, I saw on your site the ad from a Huber grader. I collect everything from the Dutch company Hovers from Tilburg.
From 1960 till 1972 they build under license the Huber graders.
Have some pics of a grader for Blackwood Hodge in the factory ready to ship. Very rare because the machine list give only 3 machines.
1 grader 10D for B.H. Madrid 1962.
2 graders 10D for B.H. Lissabon 1963.
Also some pics from the complete Huber 10D."
Then from another era, from the late 1950`s, Ad also sent in the following iconic Euc images with this explanation….
"I got from a friend, Jan Janssen of Ysselsteijn, some old pic's when he visited the World`s Fair in Brussels in 1958."
Our thanks to Ad, and Herr Janssens, for another great contribution.
Has anybody any experience of the Huber grader ?? Please let us know if you have, or did you go to the Worlds Fair in 1958 ??
The Editors.
