DAN MARTIN, REGULAR CONTRIBUTOR AND B.H. STALWART FROM AUSTRALIA, HAS VERY KINDLY SENT US, AT GREAT COST TO HIMSELF, A COUPLE OF ITEMS FROM THE BLACKWOOD HODGE PAST IN THAT GOOD COUNTRY.
One will be familiar to anyone in UK, although with local Queensland differences, whilst the other is unique in the Company`s history to our knowledge.
The first item, which in UK was fixed to all new machines when sold, and maybe to used ones as well eventually, this one though lists the local depots, and not Northampton, Barnsley etc like the ones we knew here….. 
…..for those unfamiliar with the places mentioned, "Rockhampton" is the abbreviated location, which ironically, is today the site of the current TEREX Dealer in Queensland, although sadly, after recent Yank sellouts & Scandinavian takeovers, is no longer in the front line of sales, and we suspect will not be there in that guise for as long as the old company was.
Now although Dan had already sent an image of the second item some time ago, we now have it here in the flesh as it were, and it is much more interesting, especially to those who imbibe after a meal, ie most of our readers, and was a giveaway by the Company in 1985, and we assume must have been a local idea, as nobody seems to have heard about it outside of Australia.

…..now what a very pleasant customer giveaway, well at least we expect that most of them reached customers !!
