SOME TIME BACK, ON JUNE 15TH OF THIS YEAR, THE 6TH BI-ANNUAL BLACKWOOD HODGE REUNION WAS HELD, THIS TIME AT A NEW LOCATION, THE THREE HORSEHOES PUBLIC HOUSE IN ECTON, NORTHAMPTON.
THE LANDLORD, STEVE WHEATMAN, EX B.H. TECHNICAL SALES AND STILL CURRENTLY A TEREX TRUCK DEALER IN ANY PLACE HE CAN SELL ONE, AGREED TO HOST THE EVENT, AND ERECTED A LARGE MARQUEE AT THE BACK OF THAT GREAT PUB, GIVING MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM TO DRINK, CHAT & EAT, FOR THE 69 PEOPLE THAT ATTENDED.
THIS WAS MORE NUMBERS THAN EXPECTED, AND THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN EVEN MORE PRESENT BUT FOR A FEW ILLNESSES ETC, SO WE WERE WELL PLEASED WITH THE NUMBERS.

Many thanks to all those that attended, some travelling long distances and staying overnight at extra cost, a special thanks to them, plus of course the great background work put in by The Eastcote Eight as ever.
